Penganugerahan Kredit (APEL.C) merupakan satu proses penilaian terhadap pembelajaran tidak formal dan bukan formal seseorang individu berdasarkan pengetahuan serta kemahiran yang diperoleh melalui pengalaman terdahulu. Melalui APEL.C, individu berpeluang mendapat pindah kredit bagi kursus dalam program pengajian yang diikuti. Fokus utama APEL.C ialah menilai keupayaan individu menggunakan pembelajaran yang diperoleh daripada pengalaman untuk mencapai hasil pembelajaran berkenaan.
