ACADEMIC DEVELOPMENT CENTER CLIENT CHARTER

We promise and are commited to provide efficient, professional, ethcal and friendly services to our customers as follows:
1. Counter service for all business is served within five (5) minutes.
2. The UPSI New Lecturer PDP Certification Course Process is completed within five (5) months from the course start date.
3. The result of the Exit Survey will be emailed to the relevant PTj within three (3) working days after the approval date by the Senate Meeting.
4. Learning Asessment results can be obtained within one (1) working day after the examination results are approved by the University Examination Committee (JKPU).
5. Prepare a Pro Forma monitoring report based on UniSIS system analysis in the fifth week of lecturers for each semester.
6. The Production process of each MOOC-based course is completed within one (1) year.
7. Feedback to the complainant must be made within one (1) working day to inform them that their complaint has been taken into account and will be resoved.

PIAGAM PELANGGAN PUSAT PEMBANGUNAN AKADEMIK

Kami berjanji dan komited untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan yang cekap, profesional, beretika dan mesra kepada pelanggan kami seperti berikut:
1. Perkhidmatan kaunter bagi semua urusan dilayan dalam tempoh lima (5) minit.
2. Proses Kursus Pensijilan PdP Pensyarah Baharu UPSI diselesaikan dalam tempoh lima (5) bulan daripada tarikh kursus bermula.
3. Hasil Kajian Tinjauan Tamat Pengajian (Exit Survey) diemelkan kepada PTj berkaitan dalam tempoh tiga hari selepas Mesyuarat Senat.
4. Keputusan Penilaian Pembelajaran boleh diperolehi dalam tempoh satu (1) hari bekerja selepas keputusan peperiksaan diluluskan oleh Jawatankuasa Peperiksaan Universiti (JKPU).
5. Menyediakan Laporan Pemantauan Pro Forma berdasarkan analisis sistem UniSIS pada minggu kelima pengkuliahan bagi setiap semester.
6. Proses penghasilan setiap kursus berasaskan MOOC diselesaikan dalam tempoh satu (1) tahun.
7. Maklum balas kepada pengadu perlu dibuat dalam tempoh satu (1) hari bekerja untuk memberitahu bahawa aduan mereka telah diambil perhatian dan akan diselesaikan.
