The Roles of Administation and Finance Unit


Administration and Finance Unit directly responsible to the Director of BPAQ in handling the tasks of managing human resources, finance, the implementation of quality activities and carrying out daily administrative duties for General office of BPAQ. In addition, this unit also assists other units in BPAQ in providing facilities for seminars/ workshops conducted by the respected units. This unit consists of Assistant Registrar and an Administrative Assistant (Clerical / Operation).

Main Roles:

1. To plan, manage, implement and monitor human resource management.

2. To plan, manage, implement and monitor finance management.

3. To plan, manage, implement and monitor quality management.

4. To plan, manage, implement and monitor the BPAQ management of the General Administration Office.
