Client Charter

The Division of Academic Development and Quality (Bahagian Pembangunan Akademik & Kualiti, BPAQ is committed to realize the vision and mission of Sultan Idris Education University (UPSI) in order to become a leading university, excel in educational leadership based on glorious past, as well as leading global change based on solution-based and value-based.

We are committed to ensure:

1.  Internal quality audit pertaining to UPSI management is conducted at least once a year. Once a year
2.  UPSI Quality Committee meeting is held at least once a year. Once a year

 Respond/ corrective action report, preventive and continuous improvement received from respective
 department within one (1) month from the date of Closing Meeting regarding quality management.

4.  Review of documents and information concerning the quality management is done twice a year. Twice a year

 Review of the Full Accreditation Program (MQA-02) Paperwork is held within 14 days from the date the
 faculty received the document.

6.  Analysis of professional development plan and UPSI academic talent is done at least once a year. Once a year
7.  Focused Research Unit Report is prepared within one (1) month from the date of the research completed. 1 month
8.  Respond to any complaints within one (1) day from the day of the complaint received. 1 day
9.  Analysis of feedback/ complaints is done at least once a year. Once a year
10.  Exit Survey is carried out in Week 11 for every semester. 11th week
11.  Learning Evaluation Survey is conducted from Week 11 onwards for each semester. 11th week
12.  The use of CTLD is monitored from the first week of lecture. 1st week
13.  Focused Research Unit Reports are uploaded to website within one (1) day from the verification date. 1 day
